Consent & How You Join Our List

We only send marketing email to recipients who have provided clear, affirmative consent. You are added to our marketing list when you take one of the following actions:

• Submit a contact, booking, or inquiry form on coastalproductionsne.com and check the unmarked opt-in box confirming you would like to receive marketing emails.
• Purchase a ticket to a Coastal Productions event through one of our ticketing partners (Ticketweb, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, DICE), where the purchase flow discloses that Coastal Productions may email you about future events.
• Enter a sweepstakes, RSVP to an event, or sign up for our newsletter on our website or at a Coastal Productions event, where the entry form clearly discloses that you are opting in to marketing communications.

We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire mailing lists from third parties, and we do not send marketing email to anyone who has not opted in through one of the above methods. We retain records of when, where, and how each recipient opted in and can produce that record on request.

Marketing Communications & Unsubscribe

We use our marketing list to send updates about upcoming shows, cruises, presales, promotions, and partner events we think you'll enjoy. Every marketing email clearly identifies Coastal Productions as the sender in the "From," "To," and "Reply-To" fields, includes our physical mailing address, and includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer as well as list-unsubscribe headers supported by all major mail clients.

You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing team@coastalproductionsne.com. Unsubscribe requests are honored without undue delay. Transactional messages (order confirmations, event logistics, account notices, and replies to your inquiries) may still be delivered as needed and do not include an unsubscribe link.

• Email delivery — Mailgun / Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (a Sinch AB company), used to deliver marketing and transactional email. Mailgun's own processing of personal data is governed by the Sinch Email Privacy Notice.
• Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API.
• Payment processors used by our ticketing partners for ticket sales.
• Hosting and database infrastructure used to operate this website.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Cookies, Analytics & Ad Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel and Google tags) to measure site performance, understand which events are popular, and show relevant ads on Meta and Google platforms. Your Choices & Rights

We retain contact and ticket-buyer information for as long as it is useful for marketing and recordkeeping (typically no more than 5 years of inactivity) or until you request deletion. We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions — to protect information stored in our systems, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

Our website and marketing communications are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International Transfers

Coastal Productions is based in the United States and our service providers may process your information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers. Our email provider, Mailgun Technologies, Inc., is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF for personal data received from the EU/EEA and the UK. EU/UK residents may direct DPF-related complaints to Mailgun's Data Protection Officer at dpo@sinch.com and, in certain cases, have the right to invoke binding arbitration under the DPF Principles.
